Is there a weekly limit to credits I can use?

No. There is no daily or weekly limit. Use as many credits as you'd like, whenever you'd like, and any unused credits roll over to the next semester.

Are Elevate plans only for one semester?

Plans are billed once and last until you graduate. Credits roll over from semester to semester and remain good until your graduation date.

What if I purchase Elevate but it isn't working out for me?

We have a 100 day satisfaction guarantee. Send us an email within your first 100 days of using your first credit and we'll refund you for all unused credits.

Can I purchase Elevate in addition to the university meal plan?

Yes. Elevate is independent from the university, so you can always use it as a supplement to the university dining plan.
